What started as a search for healthy, tasty, zabiha food for Our family, turned into Chilli Pepper for the Ali brothers.  Having grown up in the Middle East, they were used to being able to go out for fast food without having to think twice.  They wanted the same for their kids and the community here in DFW.  That is how Chilli Pepper was born.  The Ali brothers then researched within the community to see what it was people wanted to eat.  That research turned into the Chilli Pepper slogan “What would you like to eat today?”
